Audit Manager – Charities & Not‑For‑Profit (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Audit Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of charities and not‑for‑profit organisations. Working in a hybrid model from London, you will partner with senior partners and directors to deliver high‑quality audit services that make a genuine societal impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of charity and not‑for‑profit audit clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and trustees.
• Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring statutory compliance.
• Review statutory accounts and guarantee delivery excellence.
• Supervise, mentor and develop junior team members.
• Provide technical guidance on complex assignments.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic client matters.
• Support the growth and development of the audit team.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Proven experience managing audit clients within a practice environment.
• Exposure to charities, social enterprises, NGOs or similar not‑for‑profit entities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop people and influence client relationships.
