About the role
Join Costa Coffee at Princes Mall and deliver great coffee while creating a warm, energising experience for customers. The role offers flexible 12‑hour shifts that can fit around your personal schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to high standards.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Required profile
- Positive, can‑do attitude with strong customer focus.
- Adaptable, resourceful and able to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a team‑player mindset.

- POS system usage
