About the role
Join Costa Coffee as a Barista and help create great coffee and memorable experiences for customers. You will work flexible shifts that suit both your needs and the store’s schedule, delivering warm and energetic service.
Key responsibilities
- Serve high‑quality coffee and provide an energising customer experience.
- Master the menu and maintain high standards of product preparation.
- Keep the store clean, welcoming and running smoothly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store operates at its best.

- Resourceful, adaptable and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Accountable and proud of delivering quality work.
- Calm, composed approach with strong communication skills.
- Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for working with others.

- Hourly pay of £13.12 – £14.12 (location dependent).
