Barista – Friendly Coffee Service

About the role

Join WY & SF Ltd, a Costa Coffee franchise partner, as a Barista in Caversham. You will create uplifting coffee moments for customers, working with sustainably sourced beans and delivering each drink with a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, frappes and seasonal beverages to high standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient service that encourages repeat visits.
• Maintain store cleanliness, health and safety standards.
• Learn and promote Costa product range, including food items.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for coffee and customer interaction.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong personality.
• Excellent communication skills for daily customer conversations.
• Hard‑working, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
