Barista Team Leader – Weymouth Gateway

About the role

As a Barista Team Leader at Costa Coffee in Weymouth Gateway, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring customers receive great coffee and memorable experiences. The role offers flexible shift patterns, including mornings, evenings and weekends, with a 35‑hour mixed schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth and efficient shifts, managing the team to meet service standards.
• Train, support and mentor new baristas, fostering a positive work environment.
• Motivate and energise the crew, maintaining high standards of coffee quality and service.
• Adapt resources and solve problems to keep the store running smoothly.

Required profile

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Previous experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
