BIM Coordinator

About the role

SPACE Architects is seeking a proactive BIM Coordinator to support project teams in delivering high‑quality BIM, Revit and digital construction workflows across a variety of sectors. You will act as the central point for model coordination, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day BIM workflows, including model setup, auditing, clash detection and federated model management.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Revit templates, families and digital standards.
• Support compliance with ISO 19650 and other BIM protocols.
• Provide technical assistance for Revit and Navisworks queries, troubleshooting issues and improving model quality.
• Explore and implement tools such as Dynamo, Revizto and scripting to enhance efficiency.
