BIM Coordinator – Landmark Projects

About the role

Join a globally recognised architecture studio and work on iconic cultural, commercial and mixed‑use developments. As a BIM Coordinator you will be part of a specialist technology team, helping to shape and deliver cutting‑edge BIM and computational design workflows across complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support project set‑up in line with BIM requirements and advise teams on best practice.
• Develop, manage and align BIM Execution Plans across all project disciplines.
• Establish and coordinate BIM workflows according to agreed protocols and industry standards.
• Liaise with external consultants to ensure effective model coordination.
• Create project‑specific guidance and training materials for internal teams.
• Monitor and maintain BIM standards throughout all project stages, adapting as needed.
• Contribute to design automation and computational workflow development.
• Deliver training and capability assessments in collaboration with the wider technology team.
• Assist design teams with technical queries related to digital tools and authoring platforms.
• Help define and communicate digital procedures and workflows across the practice.

Required profile

• Strong working knowledge of Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper and Dynamo.
• Experience in BIM or CAD coordination within an architectural or design‑led environment.
• Understanding of computational design and design automation methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professional and discreet handling of sensitive information.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Calm and adaptable under pressure with a solutions‑focused mindset.
• Genuine interest in digital design innovation and emerging technologies.
