About the role

Join Sytner Solihull as a Prep Technician working on BMW vehicles. You will receive full training and work in a state‑of‑the‑art workshop that prioritises safety, cleanliness and modern technology.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and service BMW vehicles to the highest standards.
• Follow established processes and procedures in a fast‑paced environment.
• Complete tasks within set timescales while maintaining quality.
• Utilise personal protective equipment and adhere to health‑and‑safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Team‑player comfortable with structured processes.
• Qualified Prep Technician with a Level 3 industry‑recognised qualification.
• Minimum experience in a franchised dealership environment.
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
