Brand Assistant – Fitness & Influencer Marketing

About the role

Vanquish Fitness is seeking a highly organised and creatively minded Brand Assistant to support the Brand Team across influencer marketing, social media and creative production. The role is perfect for someone immersed in the fitness and lifting community, active on TikTok and Instagram, and passionate about building a brand through compelling content.

Key responsibilities

• Support influencer and affiliate programmes, including outreach, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Coordinate gifting, product sends, tracking links, discount codes and overall campaign logistics.
• Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers and reporting documents.
• Brief athletes and creators on campaign deliverables and content requirements.
• Source new talent aligned with the Vanquish brand and liaise with agencies and internal teams.
• Monitor influencer content and assist with performance reporting.
• Assist the Social Media team with content planning, scheduling and creation of TikToks, Instagram Stories, Reels and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Source and organise user‑generated content and community content for social channels.
• Support community engagement, social media administration and campaign rollouts.
• Provide general administrative support for shoot production and creative organisation.

Required profile

• Proactive and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
• Passionate about fitness culture, social media trends and creative marketing.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with athletes, creators and internal teams.
