Building Surveyor – Manchester

About the role

An exciting and growing consultancy in Manchester is expanding its Building Surveying team. The role is ideal for a newly chartered professional or someone progressing through their APC, offering the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of projects alongside experienced project managers, quantity surveyors, engineers and fellow building surveyors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and project appraisals for new developments.
• Manage contracts and oversee project delivery from inception to completion.
• Provide dilapidations advice and ensure proper handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Experience in Building Surveying with a strong technical background.
• A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• MRICS qualification or actively working towards RICS chartership (desirable).
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
