Business Analyst – Investment Management (Hybrid, London)

About the role
Join a high‑performing investment business in London on a greenfield implementation project. As a Business Analyst you will work closely with portfolio managers, traders and reporting teams to translate complex business needs into scalable, data‑driven solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand, challenge and refine requirements.
- Design and deliver practical solutions, supporting system enhancements and project delivery.
- Own issue resolution end‑to‑end, including 3rd‑line support for investment systems.
- Drive process improvements, automation and data‑quality initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical mindset with solid stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing practices.
