Business Development / Branch Manager – Estate Agency

About the role

We are partnering with a new estate agency launching in Central Manchester and need a proactive Business Development / Branch Manager to drive sales and lettings from day one. The role blends commercial leadership with hands‑on market activity to build the agency’s presence and pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new sales and lettings opportunities across Central Manchester.
• Conduct market appraisals and secure property instructions.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, landlords and local partners.
• Develop a strong local brand and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Support the launch and ongoing growth of the new branch.

Required profile

• Proven estate agency experience, preferably within Central Manchester.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and win instructions.
• Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with high motivation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
