Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand our partner network across the UK and Ireland, focusing on the Manchester territory. You will drive growth by acquiring new salon and beauty partners, showcasing our software and marketplace solutions, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and walk‑ins.
• Deliver product demos of Treatwell’s platform to prospective partners.
• Consult on suitable Treatwell packages and close partnership agreements.
• Onboard new partners in collaboration with the Training team.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM and meet monthly sales and activity targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving targets in a fast‑paced, high‑volume sales environment.
• Experience in a 360° sales role, from prospecting to closing.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and results‑oriented with a winning mentality.
• Quick learner who embraces feedback and continuous development.
