About the role
Fresha is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new revenue streams for its AI‑powered operating system serving the global beauty, wellness and self‑care market. Reporting to the Head of Sales (Europe), you will work closely with the Commercial team and prospective partners to secure new business.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Prospect and outreach to key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels, including occasional in‑person meetings.
- Deliver product demos, present solutions and close deals with new partners.
- Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align Fresha’s platform with partner objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Provide market trend feedback and document all qualified inbound leads promptly.
Required profile
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in SaaS or tech‑enabled services.
- Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with face‑to‑face interactions and teamwork.
