Business Development Senior Consultant – Products

About the role

Avanade is seeking a Business Development Senior Consultant focused on the Products market. You will work with enterprise clients in Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Professional Services, driving digital transformation and consulting engagements across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high‑potential transformation opportunities and lead end‑to‑end sales cycles.
• Engage C‑suite executives to discuss industry‑specific challenges and solution value.
• Prospect, acquire, and develop new business while expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with partners, including Microsoft, to generate joint opportunities.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline, delivering statements of work and contracts.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, competitive offerings, and service penetration.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling digital transformation and consulting services to enterprise clients in the Products sector.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct strategic conversations with senior business leaders.
• Track record of managing complex, multi‑solution sales engagements (Apps & Infra, Modern Workplace, Business Apps, Data & AI).
• Strong partnership experience, particularly with Microsoft and other technology partners.
