About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Management Lecturer to join a well‑established university in London. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching across undergraduate Business and Management programmes and supporting students in achieving their academic and professional goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and seminars for undergraduate Business and Management courses.
• Prepare, assess, and provide constructive feedback on coursework and examinations.
• Offer academic guidance, tutoring, and pastoral support to promote student progression.
• Contribute to curriculum development and participate in departmental activities.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Business Management or a closely related discipline.
• Recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, PGCHE, or HEA Fellowship.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience within UK Higher Education.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding student experience.
