About the role
The Business Support Officer will provide dedicated administrative and resourcing assistance to the Executive Workforce Solutions team, operating remotely within the UK. This role supports fast‑paced executive search activities for senior positions in local government and the public sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage diaries and coordinate meetings and interviews for the team.
- Maintain data administration, ensuring accuracy of systems and records.
- Provide general administrative support across the Executive Workforce Solutions function.
- Assist with candidate resourcing, market searches and engagement for senior local government roles.
- Support the coordination of executive search assignments from start to finish.
Required profile
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in supporting the public sector; recruitment experience is a plus but not essential.
Required skills
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
