Business Systems Administrator (Hybrid, Glasgow)

About the role

KubeNet is seeking a hands‑on Business Systems Administrator to own the administration, reporting, automation and continuous improvement of its core operational systems, centred on HaloPSA. The role is hybrid, based in Glasgow, and supports service operations across voice, cloud, connectivity and managed IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise HaloPSA and connected platforms, including configuration, permissions, workflows, SLAs, templates and integrations.
• Coordinate system improvement initiatives, capture requirements, manage priorities and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain internal and client‑facing dashboards, reports, KPIs and scheduled reporting outputs using Power BI or similar tools.
• Ensure reporting is accurate, audit‑ready and aligned with operational and financial requirements.
• Develop automation workflows to improve consistency, reduce manual effort and minimise errors.
• Maintain process maps, SOPs, runbooks and operational documentation.
• Own data‑integrity processes, including validation, reconciliation, cleansing and ongoing quality control.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering HaloPSA or comparable PSA platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership, operational teams and external vendors.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple improvement projects.
