Change Management Consultant – London Market Insurance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to join a London Market insurance client on a 10‑week+ business transformation programme. The role blends hands‑on delivery with stakeholder engagement, focusing on underwriting‑led process standardisation and operating model optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement change strategies aligned with transformation objectives.
• Engage senior stakeholders across underwriting, operations, claims and support functions.
• Lead business readiness activities, including impact assessments and intervention planning.
• Facilitate workshops to define target operating models and process changes.
• Produce communications, coordinate training and create change collateral.
• Support the embedding of standardised processes and monitor adoption outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong experience in the London Market (Lloyd's or company market).
• Proven track record delivering change in underwriting or operational transformation programmes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive behavioural adoption without formal authority.
• Pragmatic, delivery‑focused and commercially aware.
