Cleaner – Full‑time Cleaning Operative

About the role

As a Cleaning Operative you will join a dedicated team to keep premises clean, safe and well‑maintained. Working Monday to Friday, you will follow health and safety standards while delivering a high level of service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all cleaning equipment is clean, maintained and safe to use.
• Carry out cleaning tasks in accordance with agreed service level agreements.
• Follow health and safety procedures and use appropriate chemicals.
• Complete required training and stay up‑to‑date with cleaning best practices.
• Work collaboratively with the team and also take initiative when needed.
• Build positive relationships with customers and seek continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Basic ability to read and communicate in English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible and reliable approach to shift patterns.
• Open, honest, self‑driven and determined attitude.
• Professional and hardworking demeanor.
