About the role
The Client Care Administrator provides essential administrative support to veterinary surgeons, nurses and the client care team at Veterinary Vision. Working in a fast‑paced, emotionally sensitive clinical environment, you will ensure smooth information flow between departments, referring practices and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare veterinary reports, referrals and other clinical documentation while maintaining GDPR‑compliant patient records.
- Process insurance claims and liaise with clients, insurers and clinical teams.
- Book consultations, investigations and procedures; manage telephone enquiries and client communications.
- Provide reception cover, delivering compassionate client care and supporting inter‑departmental workflow.
- Follow practice policies, uphold confidentiality and participate in training activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months of customer‑facing experience.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a clinical setting.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
