Client Director – Corporate Broking

About the role

This senior client‑facing position gives you ownership of a high‑value portfolio of corporate clients. You will act as the strategic lead for each account, building long‑term relationships and delivering best‑in‑class outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large, complex corporate clients with turnover between £100m and £800m.
• Develop and maintain senior stakeholder relationships at FD/CEO level.
• Shape client programmes and coordinate internal specialists across broking, placement and specialist areas.
• Take full ownership of the portfolio from day one and ensure realistic targets are consistently met.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a corporate Account Executive or Account Director within a broker.
• Strong track record managing complex, high‑value corporate clients.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior decision‑makers.
• Comfortable operating as an established corporate operator with true corporate risk.
