Client Service Associate – Asset & Wealth Management

About the role
The Client Service Associate works within the Private Bank to deliver a seamless, integrated experience for high‑net‑worth clients. You will collaborate with bankers, product specialists and operations teams to ensure accurate transaction processing and proactive client support.
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily client transactions and inquiries accurately, adhering to deadlines and internal policies.
- Monitor client cash balances and coordinate with clients to manage positions.
- Provide information, collect responses, and record client elections for corporate actions.
- Research, follow up, and resolve client issues by liaising with internal stakeholders.
- Investigate potential fraud, errors, or losses and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify cross‑sell opportunities and forward them to bankers and product partners.
- Verify and maintain data quality for client hierarchy and account alignment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent financial qualification.
- Fluent English with strong relationship‑management and communication abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and technology environments.
- Solid understanding of deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment‑management, mutual‑fund and credit products.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in a similar role within financial services or banking.
- Capital Markets exam required or to be passed within two months of start date.
