Client Services Associate

About the role

Join a respected wealth management firm as a Client Services Associate, supporting financial advisers and delivering a first‑class experience to a diverse client base. This position offers hands‑on exposure to ISA, SIPP, bond and GIA administration while you develop expertise in financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Process withdrawals, ad‑hoc payments and transfers across ISAs, SIPPs, bonds and GIAs.
• Manage client changes such as bank details and address updates.
• Produce client valuations, performance summaries and transaction reports.
• Support new business applications, account administration and closures, including deceased client cases.
• Maintain accurate records in line with FCA and company procedures.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous experience in client services, financial services administration or wealth management.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude and excellent communication abilities.
• Interest in financial planning and willingness to pursue a Level 4 Financial Planning qualification.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
