Clinical Negligence Lawyer (NQ+) – £60k

About the role

Join a nationally recognised claimant litigation team as a Clinical Negligence Lawyer. You will manage a varied portfolio of clinical negligence claims from initial instruction through to resolution, including matters that proceed to trial.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a caseload of clinical negligence claims.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, statements of case and other court documents.
• Liaise with clients, medical experts and other stakeholders throughout the litigation process.
• Prepare and attend hearings, and represent the firm in trial when required.
• Ensure compliance with firm procedures and legal deadlines.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in clinical negligence matters.
• Confidence in managing your own caseload from start to finish.
• Strong client care and communication abilities.
• Motivation to develop expertise within a supportive, collaborative environment.
