Commercial Leasing Agent – Central London

About the role

Join a structured, commercially focused department within a respected Central London agency. The role combines managing an active portfolio of commercial property listings with acquiring leasehold properties for client portfolios, all within a supportive, results‑driven team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an active roster of commercial property listings.
• Source and acquire leasehold properties for client portfolios.
• Negotiate lease agreements across office, retail and other asset classes.
• Collaborate with a trainee negotiator, marketing team and office manager for administrative and promotional support.

Required profile

• 3–5 years’ experience in a commercial agency with a proven leasing track record.
• Experience in office and/or retail leasing and acquisitions is preferred.
• Background in serviced offices acceptable, with strong knowledge of conventional leasing and legal processes.
• No degree or RICS accreditation required.

• Salary range £65,000‑£75,000 per year plus commission.
