Commercial Property Loss Adjuster – London

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Loss Adjuster to manage commercial property claims, including material damage and business interruption, up to £100k. You will own a caseload from initial assessment through to final settlement, ensuring optimal outcomes for both clients and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Assess damage on commercial premises and sites.
• Prepare detailed loss reports and documentation.
• Negotiate settlements with contractors, suppliers, and other parties.
• Handle business interruption claims and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial property claims or related insurance work.
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload.

Required skills

• Knowledge of commercial property loss adjusting processes.
• Familiarity with material damage and business interruption claim types.
