Commis Waiter/Waitress – 5 Star Hotel

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel, a 5‑star property within the Radisson Collection. As a Commis Waiter/Waitress you will support a fast‑paced dining environment, linking the kitchen and front‑of‑house to ensure timely service and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the restaurant promptly.
• Provide attentive, high‑quality service to dining guests.
• Answer menu questions and make recommendations when asked.
• Maintain knowledge of restaurant standards and brand expectations.
• Operate reservation and point‑of‑sale systems accurately.

Required profile

• Previous front‑of‑house experience in a high‑end, food‑led operation (training can be provided).
• Excellent attention to detail and customer‑service orientation.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Passion for food and beverage trends.
