About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is seeking a polished, guest‑focused Concierge to join its Front‑of‑House team. As the face of the hotel, you will deliver personalised service, curate memorable experiences and uphold the Four Seasons standard of luxury hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Provide world‑class concierge services, responding to guest requests with warmth and precision.
- Offer expert recommendations on dining, activities, transportation and local attractions, tailoring suggestions to individual preferences.
- Manage reservations, tickets, transportation arrangements and bespoke itineraries accurately and efficiently.
- Build strong rapport with guests, anticipating needs and delivering proactive assistance.
- Maintain excellent relationships with local partners, restaurants, attractions and vendors.
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Guest Experience, Bell team and other operational departments to ensure seamless communication.
Required profile
- Exceptionally polished and knowledgeable with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to act as an ambassador for the hotel.
- Deep familiarity with the local area and ability to act as a trusted expert for guests.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to anticipate guest needs.
- Team player who works closely with multiple hotel departments.
