About the role

Gartner is looking for a Conference Sales Executive who speaks Arabic to engage senior executives within its strategic Global 500 accounts. You will help drive attendance at role‑based conferences that align with clients' mission‑critical priorities.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle sales with enterprise clients, from prospecting to closing.
  • Consistently exceed sales quotas by retaining, growing, and acquiring new attendees within your territory.
  • Collaborate with Gartner sales teams to build partnerships, generate leads, and support client relationships.
  • Research and identify new leads and contacts within named accounts.

Required profile

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both oral and written).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, quota‑driven environment.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable influencing senior executives and building trust‑based relationships.
