Construction Supervisor – Westminster Contract

About the role

FM Conway is seeking a motivated Supervisor to join the Westminster Contract team in London. You will lead a crew of Operatives and Team Leaders, support the Contracts Manager, and ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily works by liaising with the client, employees and subcontractors.
• Develop, maintain and update specific programmes of work.
• Raise and resolve technical queries, ensuring information is shared with the team.
• Order plant and materials to support the programme.
• Maintain the highest level of health and safety on site.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in the highways or construction industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Experience with NEC, JCT or ICE contracts is preferred.
• Holder of a CSCS card and SSSTS certification.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to other sites.
