Consultant – Business Transformation

About the role

Join Clarasys as a Consultant and help leading organisations deliver business change and transformation. You will work primarily on client sites in London, collaborating in small teams and enjoying early responsibility in a supportive, values‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored business‑change projects that empower clients to become self‑sufficient.
• Work on‑site with clients, typically in teams of 3‑5, managing stakeholder relationships and project delivery.
• Take ownership of project outcomes, exercising autonomy and trust from senior leadership.
• Contribute to Clarasys’ growth by sharing ideas, supporting entrepreneurial initiatives, and participating in internal development activities.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of client‑facing consulting experience.
• Strong academic background and excellent stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving skills.
• Motivation to develop professionally, engage in coaching sessions, and participate in social and pro‑bono activities.
