Corporate & Commercial Paralegal

About the role

Bauer Media Outdoor is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Paralegal to join its Commercial Legal Team. The role supports both UK and international markets, providing legal assistance across commercial, corporate, finance, intellectual property, disputes, and governance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial agreements such as NDAs, supply, technology, licensing, and framework contracts.
• Support contract management for concessions, tenders, media sales, and renewals, including negotiations and risk assessments.
• Assist with corporate and governance tasks, including intercompany transactions, group restructuring, board minutes, resolutions, filings, and maintenance of statutory records.
• Handle KYC/UBO and company secretarial processes.
• Support legal operations by processing invoices, tracking legal spend, conducting legal research, and providing internal guidance.
• Administer intellectual property matters and manage supplier onboarding.

Required profile

• Law degree and/or legal qualification (LPC, PGDL, LLM or equivalent).
• Prior commercial legal experience in‑house or in private practice.
• Familiarity with corporate legal documents such as board resolutions.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
