Corporate Development Senior Manager

About the role

The Corporate Development Senior Manager will support capital formation and inorganic growth initiatives, translating complex data into rigorous financial and investment cases for the VP of Corporate Development and the executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead capital‑raising activities, prepare investor materials, and conduct diligence and financial modelling (50‑60% of time).
• Develop corporate finance frameworks, levelised cost of capital (LCOC) analyses, and scenario modelling (25‑30%).
• Support partnerships and strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross‑functional teams (10‑20%).
• Prepare high‑quality board, investor and transaction materials, manage data rooms, and coordinate internal and external diligence.
• Partner with banks, legal advisers and consultants on financing structures and M&A transactions.
• Build and maintain robust financial models for projects, products and transactions, ensuring data quality and automation.
• Provide analytical input for corporate planning, levelised cost assessments and strategic decision‑making.
• Mentor junior analysts, review outputs and coordinate workstreams across the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate finance, capital raising, and M&A analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize incomplete information into clear insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders and investors.
• Leadership capability to guide and review work of analysts and associates.
