Corporate Finance Manager – M&A Lead

About the role
We are partnering with a leading corporate finance boutique in Manchester to recruit a Corporate Finance Manager. This role offers autonomy, direct client interaction and the chance to work closely with the firm’s partners on sell‑side M&A mandates.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of sell‑side M&A transactions, from marketing material preparation to buyer outreach and negotiation support.
- Manage day‑to‑day progress of active mandates, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, professional advisors and strategic or financial buyers.
- Support pitch preparation and business development activities alongside directors and partners.
Required profile
- ACA qualified (or equivalent) with a background in corporate finance, M&A or transaction services.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact.
- Ambitious professional seeking a senior advisory position with clear progression potential.
Required skills
- Strong financial modelling skills.
