Corporate Financial Adviser – Employee Benefits

About the role

This newly created position sits within a fast‑growing accountancy practice expanding across the North of England. As the first Corporate Financial Adviser dedicated to the region, you will become the face of the firm, shaping the local employee‑benefits proposition and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality employee benefits advice to a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Consult across the full benefits spectrum, including workplace pensions, group risk, healthcare and flexible benefits.
• Help evolve the firm’s employee‑benefits offering and contribute to new‑business growth through effective cross‑selling.
• Work autonomously while collaborating with a seasoned consulting and support team.

Required profile

• Commercially driven with a passion for growth.
• Experience as an Employee Benefits (EB) Consultant or a wealth‑management background with strong pensions knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and shape a regional proposition.
• Interest in potentially building and leading a future team.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of employee benefits, workplace pensions, group risk, healthcare and flexible benefits.
• Strong advisory and client‑facing capabilities.
• Proven cross‑selling ability within corporate finance environments.
