Corporate Tax Manager – International Group

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to join a fast‑growing, private‑equity backed international group operating across Europe and North America. The role is hands‑on and offers exposure to corporate tax reporting, forecasting and value‑adding projects in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of the Group’s consolidated IFRS tax note for annual, interim and monthly board reporting.
• Deliver effective tax rate (ETR) forecasting and reporting.
• Prepare cash tax forecasts and related reporting.
• Monitor and report on uncertain tax positions.
• Partner with Group Financial Reporting and external auditors.
• Draft corporate tax technical notes and support tax audits.
• Collaborate with Transfer Pricing on Pillar II reporting and compliance.
• Contribute to projects such as restructuring, transfer‑pricing inputs, compliance support and development of new reporting frameworks.

Required profile

• Qualified professional (ACA, ACCA or CTA).
• Proven experience in corporate tax, including cross‑border issues.
• Proactive, improvement‑focused mindset with strong time‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and eager to grow with the role.
