Corporate Tax Manager – London

About the role

EY is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join its Global Compliance and Reporting team in London. You will work with large multinational clients, helping them navigate complex tax environments and deliver high‑quality compliance and reporting services.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Lead the delivery of technically complex tax compliance, reporting, and consulting engagements.
• Participate in tax audit engagements.
• Provide exceptional client service and collaborate with other tax specialist teams.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff.
• Lead team initiatives and ensure successful team performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of corporate tax experience (practice or in‑house).
• ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent tax specialist qualification.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Negotiation and business development abilities.
• Effective time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proven experience coaching and developing junior staff.
