Cover Supervisor – Dinnington School (Full‑time/Temporary)

About the role

Reeson Education is seeking a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to work in a structured and dynamic school environment in Dinnington (S25) from September 2026. The role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, organised, and able to manage classroom behaviour while delivering pre‑set work effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Lesson Supervision: Deliver pre‑set lessons and ensure pupils stay on task with their work.
• Classroom Management: Maintain strong behaviour management and uphold school policies.
• Student Engagement: Encourage participation and support pupils in completing assigned tasks.
• Progress Monitoring: Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding pupil performance and behaviour.
• Professional Coordination: Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure smooth lesson delivery.

Required profile

• Experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A calm, confident approach when managing groups and handling challenging situations.
• A proactive and reliable work ethic.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply through Reeson Education.
