Cover Supervisor – Full‑time at Top London Girls School

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Cover Supervisor to join a prestigious all‑girls school in West London. Starting in September, you will support pupils across all subject areas, helping them stay on task and manage classroom behaviour.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee pupils in the classroom setting, ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Maintain a high level of pupil behaviour and keep students focused on tasks.
• Assist teachers with classroom tasks as required.
• Cover a range of subjects, with a preference for science or mathematics backgrounds.

Required profile

• Bright, energetic individual with experience in secondary schools or a degree‑level education.
• Strong interest in working with children and young people.
• Open to any stage of a teaching‑related career, with potential to progress to a teaching role.
• Willingness to undergo training and receive support from the school and agency.
