Cover Supervisor – £100+ per day – East Birmingham

About the role

Aspire People Limited is seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in East Birmingham, including Bordesley Green, Alum Rock, Small Heath and Washwood Heath. This is a flexible, daily supply position offering £100+ per day for delivering pre‑planned lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 across a variety of subjects.
• Maintain classroom behaviour and uphold school expectations.
• Keep students engaged and focused throughout lessons.
• Follow each school’s policies, safeguarding procedures and health & safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with a strong classroom presence.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but graduates looking for classroom experience are encouraged to apply.
• Reliable professional able to accept morning bookings and travel across East Birmingham.
