Cover Supervisor – £100+ per day – South Birmingham

About the role

Aspire People Limited is seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to deliver pre‑planned lessons in secondary schools across South Birmingham. This temporary, daily‑rate position is ideal for experienced cover staff, teaching assistants, or graduates looking to gain classroom experience before teacher training.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑planned KS3 and KS4 lessons across a range of subjects.
• Maintain excellent classroom behaviour and keep pupils engaged.
• Follow each school’s policies, safeguarding procedures, and attendance protocols.
• Adapt to different school environments and schedules throughout the day.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a confident classroom presence.
• Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not mandatory.
• Graduates with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
• Reliable and able to travel across South Birmingham for morning bookings.
