About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic graduates to step into secondary classrooms on a temporary basis. This position offers hands‑on teaching experience, classroom management practice, and a pathway toward teacher training.
Key responsibilities
- Enter the classroom when the regular teacher is absent
- Deliver pre‑prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects
- Engage, motivate and manage a full class of secondary students
- Apply school behaviour‑management policies consistently
- Work in different secondary schools to gain varied experience
Required profile
- Graduate with a UK degree relevant to the curriculum
- Strong desire to pursue a teaching career
- Confident, resilient and adaptable in a classroom setting
- Professional attitude towards behaviour management
- Right to work in the UK
