About the role
We are seeking a motivated Cover Supervisor to join an outstanding secondary school in North West London. You will provide classroom cover for Years 7‑11, delivering pre‑planned lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Cover a range of lessons across the school day, following the teacher’s prepared materials.
- Maintain classroom behaviour and uphold school policies.
- Deliver pre‑planned work and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with the dedicated Cover Supervisor team, focusing on subjects where you have strength or interest.
Required profile
- Experience in a secondary school setting or a strong desire to progress into a teaching career.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to student welfare, learning and development.
- Strong educational background and passion for supporting pupils aged 11‑18.
