Creative Designer – Product Development

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established consumer products business to find a creative and commercially aware Designer for their Product Development team. You will work across homeware, seasonal, gifting and licensed ranges, shaping concepts from mood boards to final product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging, product graphics, branding and display concepts.
• Create mood boards and trend‑led concepts for new ranges.
• Present ideas and concepts internally at senior level.
• Collaborate with suppliers, factories and internal teams.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Support licensed product approvals and retailer briefs.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet commercial targets.

Required profile

• Degree in Design or equivalent commercial design experience.
• Experience in packaging, product, surface or brand design.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for gifting, homeware, packaging and consumer trends.
