Creator & Affiliate Product Manager Intern (TikTok Shop EMEA)

About the role

Join TikTok's fast‑growing e‑commerce team as a Creator & Affiliate Product Manager Intern. You will work on TikTok Shop’s creator experience, helping creators post short videos, discover merchandise, request samples, and optimise their task strategies to drive sales growth across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creator & affiliate product experience for TikTok Shop, from onboarding to activation.
• Collaborate with creators to improve short‑video posting, merchandise matching, and sample requests.
• Support sellers in identifying high‑ROI creators and increasing revenue.
• Analyse data to identify product challenges and propose actionable solutions.
• Contribute to short, medium, and long‑term product planning and strategy.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down business problems into product solutions.
• Good user empathy and business acumen.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
