About the role
We are looking for a Credit Business Manager to lead our credit function and turn credit risk into a competitive advantage. The role combines strategic partnership, innovation, and high‑impact decision‑making to support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and execute credit strategies that drive overall business growth.
- Lead, mentor and inspire a high‑performing credit team.
- Partner with Sales, Finance and Legal on strategic decisions that affect credit risk.
- Transform credit processes and policies to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Make high‑stakes credit decisions that have a direct impact on the organisation.
Required profile
- Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
- Strategic mindset with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Finance and Legal functions.
- Comfortable making high‑stakes decisions under pressure.
