Customer Care & Sales Team Assistant – Luxury Jewellery

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care & Sales Team Assistant to join our family‑run luxury jewellery business in Greater London. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a high‑standard service while supporting the sales team with administrative and sales tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in‑person, phone and email customer service.
• Welcome clients and ensure a professional front‑of‑house experience.
• Assist the sales team with enquiries, follow‑up communications and order processing.
• Manage calendars, appointments and meeting schedules.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate after‑care and client service requests.
• Keep the showroom and client areas presented to the highest standard.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Friendly, professional and confident demeanor.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Greater London.
