About the role
Join Santander’s Retail Banking team as a Customer Experience Consultant, working across the Lincoln & Chesterfield PMM Market at the Newark/Grantham Twinned Site. You will be the friendly face and voice of the bank, helping customers with transactions, technology, and fraud protection while delivering a high‑quality, customer‑centric service.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
- Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing.
- Answer customer calls into the contact centre.
- Build relationships and find solutions for customers.
- Develop knowledge of Santander’s services and products to support customers.
- Identify and suggest improvements to the customer experience.
Required profile
- Strong communication and listening abilities.
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday, 8 am‑6 pm.
- Comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a busy branch environment.
- Proactive attitude towards risk management and fraud prevention.
