Customer Experience Specialist – Affiliate Marketing

About the role

The Customer Experience Specialist will create and deliver high‑quality educational content for advertisers using Awin’s Platform Services. You will help advertisers grow their affiliate programmes, unlock revenue potential and improve their overall experience with the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative, self‑serve enablement content such as how‑to guides, articles, training videos, webinars and email lifecycles.
• Present content internally and externally, including to senior stakeholders.
• Own short‑term projects aimed at quick wins and maximising gross profit for Platform Service advertisers.
• Coordinate peak‑planning content for major seasonal events and local initiatives.
• Plan, host and record webinars covering strategic themes, publisher types and seasonal planning.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in affiliate marketing.
• Enthusiastic, accountable and commercially minded with strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent time‑management, organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with solid writing experience for customer‑facing content.
